Many associations have no shortage of expertise. The challenge is turning that expertise into a coherent set of products that members value and organizations can sustain and grow.
Over time, portfolios often become cluttered and inconsistent. Courses stay because they have always existed. Quality varies. Pricing logic is weak. Internal experts have knowledge, but no structured process for turning that knowledge into marketable educational products.
Grove Consulting exists to help fix that.
